Pilar Velázquez González, lawyer of recognized trajectory in the field of food law, advises and represents both national and international companies, as well as different entities of the food sector (human and animal) in preventive, contentious and pre-litigation aspects.

Her extensive experience and knowledge of the food sector includes the provision of legal services in food safety, quality, consumer communication, advertising, R & D & I, relationship between food and health, representing companies and associations, both in the Pre-litigation as in litigation, in defense of their interests.

Pilar Velázquez González has advised in the European Commission as legal adviser in the General Directorate of Agriculture, and has been Director of Food Law of the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries FIAB, and General Director of the Food Industry Association Produlce.

She also lectures, conducts seminars and collaborates in courses and master of his specialty.
