Laia Bartomeus Ricart has more than 15 years of experience in advising both national and international companies in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property Law. In the field of the Industrial Property, she advises companies in protecting both their trademarks and patents.  She also has extensive experience in negotiating licensing agreements and contracts for the assignment of all kinds of intellectual property rights, as well as their defence in court.

  • Degree in Law, University of Barcelona.

  • Master in International Law, Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
