Antonio Solano Borruel,  Partner of the Barcelona Office treasures an extensive experience in advising both national and international clients on litigation and arbitration. He has intervened in complex litigious proceedings before all the instances in Commercial, Banking, Corporate, Labor Law (Senior Management), Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Unfair Competition, Contractual and extracontractual liability, general contracting conditions, economic criminal law and company law in general.

He also regularly assists in pre-litigation and corporate disputes, representing Companies in general, and Family Business-Family Offices in particular, advising in matters of Divisions of Estate and complex inheritance proceedings.

Antonio Solano Borruel is a  Tutor in the Master's Degree in Law at the University of Barcelona and the University Master of Law at the Universidd Pompeu Fabra. It has also been a lecturer in business law at Ramón Llull University, a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Chemical Institute of Sarriá (IQS) in Barcelona and has collaborated in various publications related to his specialty.
